This is an amazing place. The bedroom windows overlooked the waterfall. Sleeping under the sound of water and coolness from the waterfalls was great. Holiday House Rastoke Pod Lipom is a holiday home set in Slunj, 27 km from Plitvička Jezera. The property is situated next to a waterfall and boasts views of the rivers Korana and Slunjčica. Easy to find. Property provided parking pass. Property was clean and the beds were comfortable. Rastoke is such a cute village and we felt privileged to stay there. The house over the waterfall is so unique and quaint. The mother-in-law made us pancakes with jelly and they were delicious. It was a very kind gesture. I love how the locals do everything they can to keep the area preserved.

I read other reviews and had low expectations- but this place was great. awesome location right in the centre of rastoke and a 10 minute walk from slunj bus station. host was friendly and helpful. great value for money- I would rate this place as higher than 1 star.

My room was very nice and clean, with door to the terrace with the most spectacular view to Slunj Old Town. Also, the accomodation was in the immediate vicinity of Rastoke, an exceptional village with beautiful waterfalls and old watermills. My host, Milka, was very helpful and nice and she really made me feel at home...
