I was upgraded to to an ensuite twice on different dates, as I travelled to Guangzhou in between. Your staff are most helpful, polite and patient. The mini flats I stayed on both occasions had a wonderful view, particularly the 2nd time, the number is Room1818. We always stayed in your hotel every time we visited Hong Kong.
