This hotel has very polite staff at reception and the restaurant. I forgot to authorise my bank to allow me to use my card internationally, and so I needed some time to arrange this. The staff understood and allowed me to settle my bill upon out. The restaurant staff made me feel welcomed and took the time to chat with me. The hotel is visually very warm and cosy and my room was quiet. This was the second time I have stayed here because I had a similar experience the first time.

Located in Guatemala City’s Zona Viva district, this stylish hotel offers a gym and a Jacuzzi on 19th floor with panoramic city views. Each spacious suite includes free WiFi. The hotel was excellent, clean and comfortable, we felt very safe. there were some great resturant and high end food courts close by.

The property provides a terrace and a 24-hour front desk. central location, room spacious room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. breakfast was fine. the team were attentive and helpful. the only hotel in Guatemala and Belize that have coffee machine.
