Hermes Hotel enjoys a quiet spot in Plaka, only 2 blocks from the Syntagma Metro Station and the shopping street of Ermou. It offers a spacious lounge and a roof garden. Super clean room and bathroom, wifi worked perfectly all the time and we were in the 4th floor.

Hotel Plaka has a prestigious location in Athens’ historic centre. It is just 5 minutes walk from Syntagma Square and 2 blocks from Monastiraki Metro Station. Staff was exceptionally kind, room was great with a one of a kind view to Acropolis.

The fully refurbished Hotel Omiros enjoys a central location in Athens, only a few minutes’ walk from Syntagma Square and the new Acropolis Museum. I transferred to this property after feeling unsafe in another place 1-2km out of town.
