Located in Agia Paraskevi, Park Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with balcony. We had a very good and clean room number with air conditioner, fridge and a balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Private parking is a huge plus. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Great 2 night stay before catching early flight. It's just on the metro going directly to the airport, so super convenient. Place is really clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. You can see that the owner is a traveler, as it has all you could need. Owner is always reachable, and provided us with great recommendations for dinner places nearby. Very much recommended!!

When I first saw the pictures, I could not believe that the apartment could look so good - but it looked exactly as presented and even better. I have lived in many apartments, booked via booking.com, but this one was exceptional, very clean, very fresh, very modern and stylish! I loved the idea of creating a loft among some cute small shops. It is away from noisy streets, thus it is very quiet during the night. On the other hand, it is surrounded by shops, including a grocery store, and some really nice restaurants nearby, so you can have anything you need. It seemed a very safe and clean area. The bus stop is also a minute away, a metro station less than 20 mins away on foot. I chose this apartment, because it is close to the airport and to the Demokritos university campus. There are 2 TVs (one exceptionally large with Netflix), microwave oven, oven, stove, large fridge, water boiler and coffee maker, lots of shelves in the kitchen - feels like home. Upstairs (yes, there is a second half-floor for the bedroom) you'll have a large closet, wardrobe with iron and lots of space for your clothes. There is also a desk and a couple of shelves for storing your things. The beds are extremely fresh and comfortable, I think there are at least 8 sleeping places in the apartment (one huge double bed, two sofa-beds and two sleeping armchairs, but you should ask the owner). The bathroom is very cool and modern with a multi-functional shower. I was very impressed by the modern lighting in the apartment, it is really cozy with all the dim lights. There is a great Wifi and two air conditioners to keep you cool. All works perfectly, I am amazed with the quality of the accommodation. Will definitely come back. And last but not least, the owners are amazing, keeping in contact before and during the stay. Again, I am impressed such nice places exist :)

Set in Athens, 3.8 km from Ethniki Amyna Metro Station and 5.8 km from Olympic Stadium - O.A.K.A, Lucy's apartment offers a garden and air conditioning. Lucy's is a very welcoming, clean apartment in a nice, safe area of Agia Paraskevi. The bedrooms were nice with very comfy beds. Everything we needed was provided, including a welcoming bottle of wine and some snacks along with some toast and jams for breakfast. Our only regret was that we were only there for one night.

Located in Athens, 5.2 km from Olympic Stadium - O.A.K.A and 5.4 km from Helexpo - Maroussi, Square's View Agia Paraskevi offers air conditioning. In fact everything. First of all location - it was on walking distance to the institute where I had the meeting, besides all important buses have stops on the Agia Paraskevi square - to the institute, to the airport and to the city center. Below the apartment is nice large square with park and plenty of restaurants. In the evenings it can be loud, but that's part of the life. Then I liked the terrace - it was nice, large... so I preferred to eat giros pita on the terrace rather than in the restaurant (giros pitas from the PitaPan are very tasty). The apartment is tiny, but modern, fully equipped, in the kitchen is everything one needs for cooking. The bathroom is very small, but there is very modern shower which I really enjoyed. The host Panagiotis was very helpful.

Great 3-bedroom flat with all you can need. Very spatious and in a very good building (only 2 neighbours) Big terraces. Air conditioning in all the rooms. Private parking on site. Our stay was very comfortable. Good communication and kind host. Great value for money.
