The Residence Aiolou Hotel & Spa is a newly introduced modern boutique hotel housed in two beautiful buildings. Excellent room, very clean, amazing staff, big bathroom, SPA bath was amazing, good location, nespresso coffee machine, good sound isolation, very comfortable bed! We were also able to leave our luggage to a hotel for some hours thank you! And of course, a minibar. I love minibars, not so many left in a hotel industry!

Stuff was extremely kind, polite. They upgraded our room, send us bottle of wine, we really had best trip ever. Breakfast is good. Everything in hotel is good looking. Really close to everything that tourist want to see, close to good restaurants, caffes… AMAZING TIME IN ATHENS

Located in Kolonaki and housed in the former Canadian Embassy, within 500 metres of Lycabettus Hill and 600 metres of Athens Music Hall, The Modernist Athens provides accommodation with a restaurant. To me, top priority wherever I stay is cleanliness, then comfort and service. The Modernist ticks all the boxes. Such a pleasant stay. Lovely interior (modern and sleek), great location, fantastic staff, super-clean. I loved my "M"-sized room that came with a cute balcony (and a nice view, at that). Truly enjoyable stay. I highly recommend The Modernist and would absolutely stay there again.
