The receptionists Patricia Mary and Gela were very helpful and exceptional hosts and made our stay most memorable, including a birthday cake in our room, thank you all! The room was clean and bright, Viorica from housekeeping is doing o great job. Alexandra from the breakfast is very professional and very kind. The inginer from the maintenance 11th floor was very helpful and knowledgeable. Fantastic job Michael and Alfred from concierge ! Ahmed from Spa and swimming pool is very friendly and professional! The staff from the Florentine Trattoria was really nice! Manuello and Abdoul very professional! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, comfy room & delicious breakfast and excellent hospitality! I definitely will come back!

Situated 2 minutes’ walk from The London Eye, The Wellington Hotel offers free WiFi and an on-site pub offering home-made dishes. Atmsophere at the hotel is great, stuff is very friendly, breakfast is rich and nise. Very clean. In the lobby you'll find bunch of borad games. :)

I had a problem with my room view so Natalie from guest services stepped in and upgraded my room to a suite so I can be happy, she really is a good representative because I complained to the receptionist and they requested that I paid more money for the upgrade, I initially wanted to check out but Natalie made me stay. kudos to her

Located on the South Bank of the Thames, Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London is set opposite the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben, on the South Bank. Park Plaza Hotel is superb! I can tell this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed. Since the moment we arrived the attention and service were exceptional. In addition, we received a complimentary upgrade of room with view to London Eye. The options of restaurants at the hotel were great. Definitely will go back again.

Matatagpuan ang Novotel London Waterloo sa gitna ng London, na ilang hakbang lang mula sa pampang ng River Thames at maikling lakad mula sa Westminster Palace. The room size was great and the location on the river was spot on to the large tv was great and the bed was soft and good pillows the bar staff made great drinks
