Everything is good but I would just emphasize the staff - they go above and beyond to help, which is not very usual for these busy city places.

In London's West End, this 5-star luxury hotel is set in a beautifully preserved Neoclassical building. The hotel is beautiful, situated in an ideal position to visit central London’s main attractions. Cleanliness and courtesy are hallmarks of the hotel. Breakfast was marvellous, plenty of options and the breakfast staff was extremely attentive even to food allergies. A special thank you goes to Rika who took care of us on our arrival and to Flavia who took care of us in the spa! Thumbs up to all! The atmosphere found in the room before bedtime was very very appreciated!

Hotel Café Royal is in the heart of central London. With the hotel situated to the South-West of Mayfair and Soho to the South, the property is positioned on Regent Street, within 1 mile from... Our room had a wonderful view of Piccadilly Circus without hearing any of the street noise! The soundproofing in the hotel is excellent; the location is perfect for walking to West End theaters (the main reason for our trip). Lots of great places to eat close by. We had a fantastic breakfast every morning at the hotel with excellent service. Arturo went out of his way each time we visited to make sure we were taken care of - whether we were seated in his section or not! The hotel is beautiful and very secure. The gentleman at the doors were always kind and helpful, especially when we needed to be pointed in the right direction to where we were headed. Most nights we were out late at the theatre, and having an excellent late night menu for a late dinner in our room was perfect for us. All of the room service staff were wonderful. Everyone we spoke with at the front desk was kind and attentive and helpful. Overall - it was a wonderful 10 days in a lovely hotel in London!

Londoni teatripiirkonna südames asuv elegantne majutusasutus Haymarket Hotel, Firmdale Hotels on ümbritsetud restoranide ja baaridega ning selle naabermajas paikneb Theatre Royal. Its my second stay, and definitely I will be back. Great cosy hotel with professional friendly staff. Location is perfect near to lots of attractions. I got an upgrade to the suits which makes it even more indulgent.

Hotell Ham Yard asub Londonis, Piccadilly Circus jääb vaid 3-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusele. Hotellis on restoran, baar ja spordikeskus. All the friendly staff going out of there way to help with anything.

The Z Hotel Piccadilly asub Londoni West Endi südames ning pakub kompaktset ja luksuslikku moodsa disainiga majutust. Location is perfect! I love the bed and the towels. The staff are friendly and helpful!
