Due to the deposit requirement, I noticed some stains on the chair cushions after checking in and immediately reported it to the front desk, explaining that it wasn't caused by me. Daria promptly responded, saying, "Please let us take care of it!" 2. After checking out, I needed to store my luggage until the evening. I asked Daria where I could buy a cardboard box. Seeing me with multiple bags in the rain, she first took me to a comfortable changing room and told me I could repack and organize myself there. She even helped me find the perfect-sized cardboard box. When I offered to pay for it, she insisted that it wasn't necessary. Later, I couldn't properly thank her as the shuttle arrived, so I decided to publicly acknowledge her exceptional service here. Her performance deserves to be recognized by everyone! Respecting guests, understanding their needs, going the extra mile, and always wearing a big smile – she is the best hotel staff I have encountered in the post-pandemic era!
