The people at the reception desk were so helpful when I arrived. They gave me a band-aid because I'd hurt my finger before I arrived. The location is excellent, with many restaurants and shops nearby. My room was comfortable and very clean!

Phoenix hotel was a perfect start to our European adventure. The hotel was conveniently located in walking distance to Kensington gardens as well as many train and bus routes. It was only a short trip to the heart of London for all of our sightseeing. The hotel itself has beautiful architecture on the outside and a charming interior. Our room had a lovely view of the small garden opposite the street. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and a dream to sleep in after the 23 hour flight. The room had everything we needed for a few nights and was very clean. It was very quiet even though the hotel was busy. The breakfast was delicious with an assortment of choices from eggs, toast, cereal, deli meats, croissants, yoghurts etc. Plenty of juice, water ,tea and coffee. The staff were friendly and approachable and check in/out was prompt and efficient. Our stay at the Phoenix hotel was lovely and we would gladly recommend to anyone.

Foarte drăguț hotelul și personalul de mare ajutor. Camerele sunt mici dar este Ok pentru câteva zile. Este aproape de metrou iar pe drum sunt cafenele.
