This modern hotel is next to the Ocean Terminal shopping center and the Royal Yacht Britannia. It has paid onsite parking, air-conditioned rooms and regular buses to the city center stop outside. Very good location, easy access to city center, buses just around the corner, takes 25 minutes to The Princess Street. There is also bus to the Airport, right next to the hotel. Very quite location, we did not here any noice. There is supermarket ALDI cca 300 metres on Commercial street and many pubs and restaurants. Comfortable bed, English breakfast, nice and clean hotel. Recommend.

Right on the Leith Walk, this place is sooooo cozy, with a perfect mattress and perfect high pillows ❤️ The place was wide and the electronic key was really easy to use. I'll come back in Edinburgh and you'll have my money again!!

Park View Hotel is located only 1.2 mi from Edinburgh and easily accessible by frequent buses. This Victorian town house overlooks the famous Leith Links park. I was particularly impressed by the staff, especially the manager, who went out of their way to assist and organize everything for our trip. Recognizing it was our first visit to Scotland, the manager kindly provided me with valuable travel information and recommendations for sightseeing, which was an unexpected and excellent touch. Furthermore, while visibly busy cleaning and organizing a room, one helpful lady noticed me wandering in the car park and actively offered assistance in finding the entrance. She even went above and beyond by inquiring about my room number and personally guiding me to its location within the building. Finally, the manager's proactive message the next morning, checking in on my comfort during my stay, confirmed their genuine commitment to exceptional customer care. When I requested a kettle replacement, they promptly delivered a brand new one to my room on the same day, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment.

Located in Edinburgh, 1.8 miles from Portobello Beach, Park View Rooms provides accommodations with free WiFi and free private parking. I expected one room, but in fact there were two - which was great unexpected bonus for a family of 5. You need to go through the bathroom to get to the second room, but that was fine for us. Good accommodation for this price during Christmas. 35-minute walk to the city centre and beautiful park nearby.

A 16-minute walk from Royal Yacht Britannia in Edinburgh, Old fisherman's Cottage No 4, free parking features accommodations with access to a hot tub. Was very happy with the place. It was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. It had everything that we needed. It is situated near restaurants (like Rishi's next door, which was lovely) and the tram. We had an easy time getting to and from the airport and the city centre. Staying on this side of town also let us more easily explore this area and its surrounds which was well worth it. I would stay here again and would recommend it.

Remarkable 2 Bed Apartment in Edinburgh is located in Edinburgh, just a 15-minute walk from Royal Yacht Britannia and 1.4 miles from Edinburgh Playhouse. Fantastic! Immaculate! Quiet, a little bit removed from noisy downtown area which was perfect. Lovely set up. Close to trams. Uber was 5 min ride to Town Center or 15 min walk. Very thoughtful host Mary, a real sweetheart. Thought of every need. 5 min. Walk to restaurants on waterfront. Would stay again. 5 stars!!
