Holiday Inn Express - Birmingham - City Center provides free WiFi and rooms with air conditioning in Birmingham. Among the various facilities are a shared lounge and a bar. This was a great stay, we stayed for a couple of nights. We had a family of four, two adults, two children and they upgraded us for free to two adjoining rooms rather than trying to fit all into one room, which was great. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The showers were really nice and hot as well. Breakfast was included and this was a really nice buffet selection, lots to choose from, including nice coffees. The location was central and easy to walk to places from the hotel, as a former resident of Birmingham I did find that whilst the area was generally safe, you do probably want to hold on to your belongings or leave them in your room if possible, but this is not a hotel issue. The staff were all really friendly and easy to talk to for any issues we had.

This pet friendly ibis Styles hotel features a central Birmingham location, just 15 minutes' walk from the Bull Ring shopping center. Very clean rooms and equipped with everything you would expect and more. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Will definitely stay again if in Birmingham.

Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham, formerly Jurys Inn, is within 492 feet of the International Convention Center and the Arena Birmingham. It was so clean the staff were so friendly. Location was excellent

With a prestigious location at Brindley Place, just off Broad Street, the 4-star Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham offers complimentary WiFi throughout. nice room, well equipped. quiet and clean. Helpful staff.

The chic Malmaison Birmingham offers elegant rooms with free Wi-Fi, within the upmarket Mailbox development. It has a health spa, a restaurant, and a bar with a wine tasting room. The stay at this property has always been great and have stayed here a fair few times, my last experience on Friday 8th April was a little less happy, at around 2:30-3 am on Saturday 9th April we were loudly woken up to loud knocking on the door, which happened to be a very intoxicated guest not knowing his own room.. and then to see him urinate right outside.. and after calling the front desk to which the staff member did respond, I’m beginning to wonder how such a intoxicated person was even able to get to the lifts and not be questioned at reception, the following morning we had to raise it agin at front desk to be told this had been noted and was offered a 20% refund on the room rate of £119.. the entire night was ruined for my girlfriend who could not get to any sleep after and speaking to the duty manager in the morning who was fully aware of the incident, I feel 20% was a kick in the teeth and I would have expected much more for the short falls of acknowledging the people walking in and out of the hotel.. I look forward to hearing from the team at the hotel.

In a superb city center location, this 4-star deluxe hotel features a fitness room, a cafe bar and a restaurant. Shopping districts and Birmingham New Street Rail Station are 0.5 miles away. Location is great, very close to the Utilita Arena and the train station. But mostly it’s the staff that make it. Sylwia and Jess always go out of their way to welcome us and it’s always good to see Jas as well. All the staff that we have encountered there from reception, cleaners, bar staff etc are all top notch.

Located within a 5 minutes’ walk from Birmingham city center, Hampton by Hilton Birmingham Broad Street features secure car parking, free WiFi and on-site dining. This was by far the cheapest and easily the best hotel we've stayed at during our 9 day trip through the Midlands. Room and bathroom were big, clean and comfy, breakfast was amazing with lots of vegan options (and very well labelled) and the city center is only a 10 minute walk away. Would definitely stay here again!

With a unique modern exterior, the 4-star Cube Hotel has a colorful retro décor and is less than 10 minutes’ walk from Birmingham New Street Rail Station. I loved the views , had a meal in the restaurant was lovely the room was perfect.

In Birmingham’s lively center, the stylish Novotel has a modern fitness center, spacious bedrooms and a stylish restaurant. The Bullring Shopping Center is a 20-minute walk away. Such friendly staff, very helpful
