The staff were lovely, we were given a complimentary upgrade and free snacks. It was a good location during the daytime as easy to get to the train station / town. Very central location (literally around the corner from the Bullring), but still a peaceful place. Super hosts, all questions were addressed very fast and all directions for codes etc. were clear as day. Apartment really well equipped too! Extra plus for being pet-friendly.

The Old Crown is gevestigd in een monumentaal Tudor-gebouw en serveert traditionele ales. In het restaurant wordt een Engels menu geserveerd. Location! Cannot beat it. There's so much around in digbeth. I've stayed here around 3 times now and will be back in January. The staff are lovely, it's so close to the city and there's just endless things to do around Digbeth. I can't recommend this place enough

Excellent connection to the rest of the city by bus. oh and the AC was strong enough to keep my room very cool despite the high summer temperatures outside. Price was great too. I particularly liked the in-house reading room which was a selling point for me.
