Hôtel & Spa Le Bouclier D'or is located in the historic La Petite France district in a 16th Century building, a 5-minute walk from Strasbourg Cathedral. We had the top floor room and windows looking out to see the cathedral. The room was pretty and clean. The staff are friendly and easy going. We went there around Xmas period so everything was decorated beautifully. Our room does not have a bath tub but was alright. This hotel is at the heart of Strasbourg, which means it is easy to get around the area. Lots of shops, restaurants etc.

Also especially to Suzanne and Ella. They both makes the breakfast so comfortable and heartwarming. Great staff and host ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ The rooms are cleaned with fresh towels. Great location to all walking distance. The reception needs to be a little more friendly and that will make a huge difference.

It was very centrally located at the heart of the historic centre and very close to the train station. The room was modern and had everything useful to a traveller in it. Refreshments in the mini bar and TV movies were free. Very clean too and the personnel happy to help.

Room is surprisingly spacious because the hotel looks narrow from the outside. I’m on the 3rd floor so I see some rooftops and sky, quaint.
