Great hotel and fabulous location in the old town, super close to the train station. Surrounded by lots of bars, restaurants so plenty of options on the doorstep. Staff were super friendly & breakfast was a great addition to start the day. The room had a large window & a juliet balcony so lots of light and windows that opened fully too, so lots of fresh air. The wifi was super quick and the small fridge was super useful too. Great little find, will definitely recommend to everyone!

Reading the previous reviews I was expecting a tiny room. Instead, mine was super comfortable. Really spacious bathroom, clean, quiet, situated in a central location. The staff was very friendly and I was positively surprised by the big variety of food for breakfast. I would definitely go back.

En nyrenoveret ejendom, NICE RENTING - PHILIBERT - Elegant Spacious Quiet Near the Port Free Parking ligger i Nice nær Plage Rauba Capeu, Plage Castel og Plage Ponchettes. The apartment is in a great location near Old Nice and the port and offers plenty of space for a couple. The apartment also includes parking in a locked area below the building which offers added comfort and security. It was close to all of the main attractions as well as public transportation. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nice!

WIFI connection is good to work, have teleconference without issues. Contact with owner is very good - quick reply, kind and helpful.
