easyHotel Nice Palais des Congrès – Old Town is a budget hotel located beside the Acropolis Palais des Congrès, 700 metres from Place Garibaldi and 850 metres from the Port. Hotel is great, room had enough space and was very simple organized. The hotel is at a great location only 10min walk to old town and main tram station.

This hotel is set in central Nice, just 50 metres from Acropolis Exhibition Centre and a 5-minute walk from the Old Town. It offers air-conditioned rooms with Wi-Fi access and an on-site bar. Location is perfect, near the downtown but still in a quiet area. All staff members were very friendly, helpfull and polite. Rooms are cleaned every day, and every day they change towels and bedsheets.

Hotel des Dames is 100 metres from the Palais des Expositions and the Acropolis Centre. It is 300 metres from the old town and a short tram ride from the beach in Nice. Free WiFi is available. I was really happy with the service at the reception - I was just staying here before a work conference and he gave me helpful advice not just for my short stay there but also the rest of my time in Nice. For the price, I found the hotel to be a good value and the location was very central and convenient, close to a central tram stop but not too loud.

It is a great and specious apartment with many amenities that make our stay excellent. The apartment was very clean and in a quite area, and within a walking distance to sightseeing spots. It was very easy to reach it from the airport. The host Muriel is very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate. She made our stay in Nice even more pleasant. We will definitely be happy to return and strongly recommend Muriel as an excellent host.

The apartment was very close to the port, and walking distance to the Promenade. It was exceptionally clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Also very close to the supermarket, which is great for using the kitchen.

With exceptionally good interior, decoration, and facilities (everything from snacks and drinks to a hairdryer and washing machine), there's everything you'd ever need and more. The parking space is very close to the apartment, which is very rare for the location, and is decent sized for this part of Europe. Very good AC in both rooms. Lovely terrace. Very peaceful and quiet during the night.
