Set in the Gare de Provence, Nord district, in the centre of Nice, Hôtel & Appartements Monsigny features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi throughout the property. Room, location, service, all of it was beyond our expectations for a 1-3 nights stay. Room was clean and with enough space for 4 of us. Location is superb, just 10-15 minutes walk to the Promenade along the main street. But you can take a tram for 1,25 Eur/person. Lady at the reception desk was very kind and helpful. Awesome value for money.

O Hotel Parisien está situado no centro de Nice, a 15 minutos a pé da praia e a 5 minutos a pé da estação ferroviária. Os quartos estão equipados com ar condicionado e uma televisão. Very convenient to go downstairs each morning to have coffee and a light breakfast. Staff was very helpful/accommodating.

Completamente renovado em Junho de 2016, este hotel está situado em Nice, a 5 minutos da Estação Ferroviária de Nice-Ville e a 10 minutos de eléctrico da Promenade des Anglais. limpeza, visual, decoração. o atendimento show!!!! o gerente (coreano ou japonês, não sei o nome) foi sensacional, super educado e cordial! amei!

We stayed for 1 week in La Terrasse and loved everything of the apartment! It was super clean and every detail was made and decorated with love. The location is perfect and supermarket, restaurants and tram station were very close. Within a 15-20 min walk you can reach also the tourist center of Nice and the beach. One of the highlights of the apartment is the terrace, where you can enjoy the early morning coffee or the evening wine. Our host was amazing friendly and helpful! Thank you very much! We will be back for sure!

Lovely apartment with well stocked kitchen and washing machine (but no laundry detergent provided) Rooms were clean and comfortable. 2 sets of keys were provided. Host Fernando was very helpful and quick to respond. We were even able to store our bags after check-out. Convenient location close to the train station.

Very central location in Nice old town, with a local fresh produce market just downstairs. The host was very communicative and welcoming.

There is even a washing machine. There is a very cozy sofa to chill and comfortable bed with a soft blanket. The bathroom is freshly renovated and shower is amazing! The flat location is very central - just behind the train station, from where is possible to reach most of the places on your feet.
