Set in the Gare de Provence, Nord district, in the centre of Nice, Hôtel & Appartements Monsigny features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi throughout the property. First the location - central, easy access to transportation, easy to find. Then the services - some of the staff were Romanian, just like us, and very nice people. Breakfast was really good, the customer service the same.... so everything was just perfect for a short vacation. We will definitely come back!

Entirely renovated in June 2016 and located in Nice, this hotel is at 5 minutes from Nice-Ville Train Station and 10 minutes from the Promenade des Anglais by tram. amazing staff, lovely room and excellent service

We stayed for 1 week in La Terrasse and loved everything of the apartment! It was super clean and every detail was made and decorated with love. The location is perfect and supermarket, restaurants and tram station were very close. Within a 15-20 min walk you can reach also the tourist center of Nice and the beach. One of the highlights of the apartment is the terrace, where you can enjoy the early morning coffee or the evening wine. Our host was amazing friendly and helpful! Thank you very much! We will be back for sure!

The apartment has an elegant 2-level loft layout that provides a lot of space. The facilities (kitchen, laundry, etc) were completely sufficient for our 6-day stay. The attached balcony is perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea or wine. The overall atmosphere was excellent with a nice outdoor garden and tasteful decoration inside. While being fairly close to the city center, transportation and restaurants, the apartment was very quiet. It was also exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Finally, the owner Jean-Luc was one of the nicest, friendliest hosts we've ever met!

Host Fernando was very helpful and quick to respond. We were even able to store our bags after check-out. Convenient location close to the train station.

The bathroom is freshly renovated and shower is amazing! The flat location is very central - just behind the train station, from where is possible to reach most of the places on your feet.
