Set in the Gare de Provence, Nord district, in the centre of Nice, Hôtel & Appartements Monsigny features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi throughout the property. Room, location, service, all of it was beyond our expectations for a 1-3 nights stay. Room was clean and with enough space for 4 of us. Location is superb, just 10-15 minutes walk to the Promenade along the main street. But you can take a tram for 1,25 Eur/person. Lady at the reception desk was very kind and helpful. Awesome value for money.

Hótelið Parisien er staðsett í hjarta Nice, í 15 mínútna göngufjarlægð frá ströndinni og 5 mínútna göngufjarlægð frá lestarstöðinni. Herbergin eru með loftkælingu og sjónvarp. Very convenient to go downstairs each morning to have coffee and a light breakfast. Staff was very helpful/accommodating.

We stayed for 1 week in La Terrasse and loved everything of the apartment! It was super clean and every detail was made and decorated with love. The location is perfect and supermarket, restaurants and tram station were very close. Within a 15-20 min walk you can reach also the tourist center of Nice and the beach. One of the highlights of the apartment is the terrace, where you can enjoy the early morning coffee or the evening wine. Our host was amazing friendly and helpful! Thank you very much! We will be back for sure!

The apartment has an elegant 2-level loft layout that provides a lot of space. The facilities (kitchen, laundry, etc) were completely sufficient for our 6-day stay. The attached balcony is perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea or wine. The overall atmosphere was excellent with a nice outdoor garden and tasteful decoration inside. While being fairly close to the city center, transportation and restaurants, the apartment was very quiet. It was also exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Finally, the owner Jean-Luc was one of the nicest, friendliest hosts we've ever met!

Lovely apartment with well stocked kitchen and washing machine (but no laundry detergent provided) Rooms were clean and comfortable. 2 sets of keys were provided. Host Fernando was very helpful and quick to respond. We were even able to store our bags after check-out. Convenient location close to the train station.

Apartment Malaussena - Reception 24&7 - Center Libération er nýuppgerður gististaður í Nice, nálægt Plage du Centenaire, Plage du Ruhl og Plage Lido. Very central location in Nice old town, with a local fresh produce market just downstairs. The host was very communicative and welcoming.

The studio is very cozy with everything, what is needed. There is even a washing machine. There is a very cozy sofa to chill and comfortable bed with a soft blanket. The bathroom is freshly renovated and shower is amazing! The flat location is very central - just behind the train station, from where is possible to reach most of the places on your feet.
