The owner and manager was amazing. Such a good person, great energy, helpful and the garden with all the plants was a beautiful place to enjoy the breakfast spread priced reasonably. 5 minute walk to a beautiful public beach and 3 minute walk to the airport tram. Would stay again and highly recommend!

Magnifique studio au bord de mer nằm ở Fabron, Nice, cách Bãi biển Plage Aubry Lecomte 2 phút đi bộ, Bãi biển Plage du Carras 300 m và Bãi biển Plage de la Lanterne 4 phút đi bộ. The apartment is clean, quite spacious for 2 people, very nice owner everything is perfect

Appartement neuf 4-6 personnes en bord de Mer có sân hiên và nằm ở Nice, chỉ cách Bãi biển Plage de la Lanterne 5 phút đi bộ và Bãi biển Plage du Carras 600 m. The apartment is well located to the airport and St. Augustine station from where you can take a train to Cannes, Monaco, etc. Well equipped, 2 bathrooms, towels, fridge, stove, iron, microwave etc but not well insulated and you can hear noise from the street as well as planes landing/taking off but generally after 11pm the traffic slows down and can sleep. The host and his wife are very kind. I recommend this apartment and would stay there again on my next trip.

The apartment was large, bright and clean with some basic supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. The beds were comfortable and we slept well (with earplugs - the promenade is a lively spot!). We loved spending time on the sunny balcony, enjoying the view and the spring sunshine. The location of the apartment was great, we walked the promenade home from the old town one of the nights, otherwise the tram outside the door was really convenient . Geraldine, our host, was fabulous, very friendly and accommodating and quick to respond to any messages.

The property was well cleaned. The transport and airport noise were not distorbed us. The internet connection was fast and worked without any problems. The view was good of the city (one side) and the airport/sea (another side).
