The staff were incredibly friendly. The location was perfect, an enjoyable walking distance to the city centre, walking by the river and all the parks. The tram stop was also right outside the hotel if you didn’t want to walk, which is incredibly easy to use. The room was cosy.

The staff is amazing and so is the hotel. Very good location. Well decorated, very clean. Every detail was better than expected.

I only gave the stay and the staff a 10 because of all the good and friendly staff at the reception desk but there was only 1 male reception staff (early morning of May 11) who expressed that he was a little annoyed that we asked him to call the airport transfer taxi we booked who hadn't arrived on the scheduled time and he insisted the taxi was never late. In fact after he called the taxi said he would be late by 15 minutes. This is airport transfer so we thought it's not too much to ask to make sure the taxi is going to be there. It was not a big deal but the staff actually ruined the perfect stay we had earlier. The rest of the staff was so friendly and helpful.

This 4-star Novotel is located 50 metres from Tram C station, a 3 tram-stop ride from the heart of Bordeaux and the Place de la Bourse and only 400 metres from Bordeaux Train Station. Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff were amazing, so friendly and great with recommendations , we were shocked with how incredible the dinner was in the restaurant and would definitely stay again when in bordeaux!

Mercure Bordeaux Centre Gare Atlantic ligger i Bordeaux och har en gemensam lounge, en terrass, en restaurang och en bar. The hotel was very chic had very nice decor and very environmentally conscious. Each room was given a large glass bottle of water which could be refilled at the filtered water station on level 1 and 3. Hotel is conveniently located directly opposite the station and tram, and there’s also a cafe across the alley. The room faced away from the main road so it was extremely quiet throughout the stay. There is no bar fridge in the room, but if you need to keep anything in the fridge eg medication the staff is will be able to arrange for it to be kept in the hotel fridge. Overall it was a very comfortable stay.
