Located in the centre of Santiago de Compostela, the modern Hotel Lux Santiago offers free WiFi, a bar and a snack bar. Santiago de Compostela Cathedral is 800 metres from the hotel. This is a lovely hotel in a great location near the old town and the cathedral. We had a lovely room with a balcony. Everything was very clean, and the breakfast had lots of options. Would highly recommend.

The modern Hotel Gelmírez is 10 minutes’ walk from Santiago de Compostela Cathedral and 3 minutes’ walk from the Train Station’s Airport Bus stop. It offers a gym, free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception. Helpful staff gave us directions to the old city, where restaurants, bars and the cathedral are. The hotel is well located between the train/bus station and the old city. Nice rooms, comfortable and good breakfast.

Luis at reception was super friendly- the hotel is perfect for pilgrims/ close to everything but still far enough away to offer quiet. 6-8 minute pleasant walk to cathedral and go the other way and you are a 6-8 walk from bud and train terminals

Hotel Universal is located in the heart of Santiago de Compostela, just a few steps from the old town, the emblematic Cathedral and the main shopping street. It offers free WiFi throughout. The location and the view were excellent. The staff at the front desk were so kind and helpful. They went out to their way to help us.
