The room was small, but super clean and comfortable. The bed was good, the shower worked perfectly, it was an excellent value for the money in a very central location in Madrid. From the balcony one can easily spot Prado Museum across the street and everything can be found in walking distance. I arrived on Sunday at noon, so took the opportunity of a nice walk in the sun to El Retiro nearby as well as in the small streets with shops and restaurants around. Make sure you book a table in advance in one of the restaurants nearby, if you're looking for a late lunch. Everyone is out and enjoying time with their friends and family. I was on a business trip this time, but I would definitely return for holiday!
