The staff were very friendly and kind. The rooms were super clean. The hotel is LGBT-friendly. The restaurant had good drinks, and an awesome breakfast selection. We will be staying here again!

Free WiFi is provided. the location of the hotel as it was in the heart of gran via, the hotel gave us a room with balcony and view which was amazing. the rooms where very clean and comfy. the room and the hotel smelled amazing.

Centrally located on Madrid’s famous Gran Vía, Petit Palace Triball - Gran Vía offers free bicycle hire and free WiFi. The location is amazing, the staff is very helpful. The hotel always smelled nice. If you are coming on December have in mind that the rooms only will have the heater on if you have a window its better because the room gets very hot.

We were leaving to the airport at 7:30 am on. a Saturday and we had breakfast included and the restaurant opens until 8:00 a.m. and the staff was so kind to give us a breakfast box with good chocolate, two muffins, a very tasty sandwich, an apple, orange juice, and water. This has never happened to me not even staying at 5 star hotels. I was very impressed. very good air conditioner also
