This 3-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. it had a great ambience as soon as you walk in with artwork. The staff were very friendly and kind. The rooms were super clean. The hotel is LGBT-friendly. The restaurant had good drinks, and an awesome breakfast selection. We will be staying here again!

Centrally located on Madrid’s famous Gran Vía, Petit Palace Triball - Gran Vía offers free bicycle hire and free WiFi. The location is amazing, the staff is very helpful. The hotel always smelled nice. If you are coming on December have in mind that the rooms only will have the heater on if you have a window its better because the room gets very hot.

Very clean, excellent location that felt very safe and close to many good restaurants. Wine sold even if the restaurant is closed. Beautiful hotel. Extremely responding and nice staff. We were leaving to the airport at 7:30 am on. a Saturday and we had breakfast included and the restaurant opens until 8:00 a.m. and the staff was so kind to give us a breakfast box with good chocolate, two muffins, a very tasty sandwich, an apple, orange juice, and water. This has never happened to me not even staying at 5 star hotels. I was very impressed. very good air conditioner also
