This hotel boasts a great location overlooking the seafront promenade, at the heart of the city of Gijón, in the northern region of Asturias. It was my 2 stay in Alcomar. They run well this hotel. Central location,next to beach,close to bars and restaurants. Good price.

The place is very well located and extremely clean. The living room area is the cutest and the little kitchen comes in super handy. The attention to detail and the effort Andrea and her lovely mum put into the place is visible. I arrived after hours and Andrea went out of her way to check me in. I am definitely staying again!

Hið heillandi Hotel Central er staðsett í miðbæ Gijón, 600 metrum frá bæði San Lorenzo- og Poniente-ströndunum. The location is perfect, just across from the bus station and really centrally located! I arrived after reception closed and they sent me WhatsApp messages with all the information to enter the building and find my key. The place is really homey and incredibly cozy and comfortable. I had a small room with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. It was right at the top of the entryway stairs and right next to the breakfast area so I was worried that I would hear people in the morning, but not a sound came through my front door and the bedroom door that I closed! The place was really clean and chic, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the value of the hotel since the price was great! I highly recommend it and would definitely come back!
