Anima on the front desk is so friendly and helpful.

They also offered a very nice inexpensive breakfast. The location was perfect in Casco Viejo- close to restaurants, cafes, boutiques and walking distance to train station and Guggenheim museum.

Location, cleanliness, convenience to metro and train depot. Staff are wonderful. It’s my third time staying there. Beware though, if you arrive on a weekend they won’t book just one night. I had to stay somewhere else.

Great location in the emblematic Plaza Nueva with bars, shops and restaurants just steps away. We had a huge room with a lounge area and balcony, all decorated in a calming colour scheme. The communal kitchen is available at all times so you can help yourself to a coffee, and the serve yourself breakfast was great - eggs, toast, croissants, cereals, yoghurts, fruit, cold meats and cheese....Really friendly, relaxed host who explained everything to us. Definitely a place to return to!
