We loved the place, the pool, the balcony and the view were lovely. Everything was in close proximity: supermarket, the beach, tram and bus stops. Javier provided helpful tips to make our stay more pleasant. Beach equipment was provided which was a huge plus. Beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. The apartment can sleep 6 comfortably. There was a portable air con which helped cool the place quickly on our first night, but most of the time open windows and fans were enough. The bus is literally right by the entrance and takes you to main station where we could leave our bags (thanks for the tip Javier ;) and walk around before catching bus to airport from the same stop.

The location is good as you can get on the bus right in front of the door. The flat has everything you need. The host is friendly and the entrance is totally automatic!

The apartment is very clean and beautiful. There is everything you need. The view is breathtaking. Victor and his dad are very helpful, nice and always available. The area and the neighbors are quiet. Everything is nearby (city, sea, kiosk, etc.) I can recommend it wholeheartedly.

LOTUS APARTMENT er staðsett í Alicante, 200 metra frá Albufereta-ströndinni og 1,1 km frá Almadraba-ströndinni og býður upp á einkastrandsvæði og loftkælingu. This is an appartment with a fantastic view of the Albufereta beach. The location is perfect. There is a tunnel right in front of the building's entrance to get to the beach. There is a tram station located around 500 meters from the building to get to downtown Alicante and the nearby San Juan beach. The appartment has a gated parking for the car. So, transportation is great with or without a car. It has a Nespresso-type coffee maker, a microwave oven, a stove and a large fridge. It does not have regular oven, though (I would not have used it, anyway, so this wasn't a problem for me). I would definitely recommend this appartment for a solo traveler or a couple seeking to enjoy a fantastic view and being close to the beach in Alicante.
