We loved the place, the pool, the balcony and the view were lovely. Everything was in close proximity: supermarket, the beach, tram and bus stops. Javier provided helpful tips to make our stay more pleasant. Beach equipment was provided which was a huge plus. Beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. The apartment can sleep 6 comfortably. There was a portable air con which helped cool the place quickly on our first night, but most of the time open windows and fans were enough. The bus is literally right by the entrance and takes you to main station where we could leave our bags (thanks for the tip Javier ;) and walk around before catching bus to airport from the same stop.

Offering city views, Magnifico apartamento con vistas al mar is an accommodation situated in Alicante, 1.9 km from Almadraba Beach and 2.4 km from Postiguet Beach. We are extremely satisfied. The apartment is very clean and beautiful. There is everything you need. The view is breathtaking. Victor and his dad are very helpful, nice and always available. The area and the neighbors are quiet. Everything is nearby (city, sea, kiosk, etc.) I can recommend it wholeheartedly.

Offering pool views, LOTUS APARTMENT is an accommodation situated in Alicante, 200 metres from Albufereta Beach and 1.1 km from Almadraba Beach. This is an appartment with a fantastic view of the Albufereta beach. The location is perfect. There is a tunnel right in front of the building's entrance to get to the beach. There is a tram station located around 500 meters from the building to get to downtown Alicante and the nearby San Juan beach. The appartment has a gated parking for the car. So, transportation is great with or without a car. It has a Nespresso-type coffee maker, a microwave oven, a stove and a large fridge. It does not have regular oven, though (I would not have used it, anyway, so this wasn't a problem for me). I would definitely recommend this appartment for a solo traveler or a couple seeking to enjoy a fantastic view and being close to the beach in Alicante.
