The staff was excellent, from reception, waiters and cleaners. Always with a smile! Nothing was too much for service or for a good laugh. Hotel is very clean, food and breakfast excellent. Rich choice. Walk to down town El Gouna was 40 mins but that was great to have appetite. On the way back you can take a tuk tuk for only e 1.50. Nice and clean swimming pool, consider to go their again. The hotel is new. Every day water and coffee in the room

Every thing was Perfect, starting from the warm and professional welcoming, the cleanliness, the location, the view, the quietness, relaxing, the outdoor seating area, the private garden, the neighborhood, the beach, the pool…..everything was just perfect.

It takes just a few minutes by tuc tuc or taxi to get to down town (downloand an app to call for a tuc tuc, it's not always easy to catch one on the road). HOSTS ARE AMAZING. Being in contact with them during our stay was part of this fantastic experience <3
