El Apart Guayaquil está bien situado en el barrio Simón Bolívar de Guayaquil, a 5 km de la iglesia de San Francisco, a 6 km del Malecón 2000 y a 600 metros del centro comercial Mall del Sol. Clean, comfortable… if you’re not looking for luxury and are staying overnight to catch a flight this was a great option. Comfortable bed, clean and hot shower.

I arrive from the US on late flights and like to stay at DC Suites for a good night sleep before traveling to the coast. They offer car service to and from the airport or bus terminal. English speaking. Very clean rooms at a great price. I highly recommend DC Suites.

Breakfast was good enough. Shopping mall right across the street. Ideal for one-night stay. Comparing to another hotels I stayed, this was worth the price.

The hotel is excellent when it comes to be close to the airport. There is an excellent little restaurant called "El Gourmet de Juan" a 5 minute walk from the hotel. It serves excellent breakfasts and lunches (only) and the food there is so delicious and cheap that revisited the hotel again just to be close to that restaurant for a delicious breakfast.
