When i booked the room, as a genius status, i had an upgrade in the room. The room wasnt available, the bathroom wasnt able. And they changed the room for another one that was good, but not the room i booked. The solved the problem changing us the room and leaving us two more hours to the the check out as courtesy.

Our host was very communicative and we were able to leave some luggage with him when we went to the Galápagos.

From arrival to departure a very positive experience. The hosts were extremely helpful, even came and got us when we got lost. We don’t speak Spanish but our hosts spoke very good English which was a nice bonus.
