Our flight was canceled and they helped us to get in contact with American Airlines to have it rebooked. On top of that in the rush of all the changes, we forgot our GoPro in the safe in our room. We discovered it only when we came home. We called the hotel and they confirmed that it was found and they were going to ship it back to our home. When I asked them a favor to transfer the data from the camera, they had it done! I am so thankful for it.

Unipark by Oro Verde Hotels is located beside Parque Seminario and within Unicentro Shopping Mall, opposite the Metropolitan Cathedral and just 3 blocks from Malecón 2000. Lobby smelling awesome, Every staff has a smile and wanting to make you feel happy. It will be Elvis, both Ceasar’s , Stephenie and all the remaining stylish females at the reception . And thank you for the welcome drinks. The reception on 2 floor is elagant. Just suggestion: The 8 th floor can be decorated more, the painting is depressing in the lobby and in the room, put some plants in the lobby with a chair. Get the carpet changed into orange and red bright colours. The room we had 802 bathroom - in the shower change the stand of soap and shampoo to other side, it hits the body when you are under the shower. Take a shower and you will understand. The location is amazing. The staff helping at the entrance are superb. The breakfast was amazing.
