Very clean and modern Scandinavian-style hotel. We have just rebooked this hotel for the last 3 nights of our holiday instead of an all-inclusive. Very nice breakfast and very helpful staff when we had a problem with the TV. Balconies big enough to sit outside and enjoy a cigar and glass of wine on. Definitely the best value hotel we have stayed in in Punta Cana. 5 minutes walk to the beach but we just used a famous taxi service (don't know if I'm allowed to mention it on here) for about $2.50 each way. Also a similar price for the taxis to the centre of Punta Cana or a ten minute walk. Very clean and comfortable rooms and showers. Can highly recommend for anyone looking for budget accomodation.

Property is immaculate clean and full equipped, amazing location, way too safe, the pool is very relaxing and the buildings are very quiet. We will definitely come back here next year and if you are reading this don’t have any doubts and book it!

This apartment was a perfect fit for our family of four, heading to the beach for a break from life in Santo Domingo. We were looking for a cozy place to spend an affordable week close to the public amenities of Corales. (I.e., We weren't looking for the resort experience.) The place was well stocked with everything we needed, right down to an auxilary hdmi cable. A colmado is right next door. It's a quick walk to restaurants, groceries, the beach, and everything else we needed. It sits right in front of the pool, which made it easy to watch our kids and made for a pleasant view. Everyone we met in the residencia was welcoming and helpful.

Cesar is an incredible host, we arrived late from the airport and he was waiting for us, showed us the apartment, in our room he left juice, water, fresh fruits, a beer and sandwiches for us to have which was very nice because it was late we were hungry. The location couldn’t be better the beach with a private part for the building is right there, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few minutes walking distance away, the view in the morning during sunrise is breathtaking! The apartment has everything you need and wish for, super clean, nicely decorated to bring that beach ones we were looking for, Cesar provided towels, beach towers, robes,…. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped to make my meal you want and there’s a mini fridge in the room. The apartment has only two rooms but each has its own bathroom and all the doors are locked with a digital fingerprint locker so you can go to the beach not worrying about keys or cards…
