Everything was perfect, you can see the Top Management is taking care of all the details. Food selection was top and our room was super comfortable. We would like to thank all the staff that make sure we had a great time. We arrived tired on the check in as we flew from Italy. Amelia on the reception was so empathetic and make sure we had all the info we needed as smooth as possible so we could go directly to rest. We also met the amazing team of hostess that greeted you in all the restaurants. The waiters, the servers in the buffet line, Marcos who made sure my husband had every morning his panino as he liked it. And special thanks to Rafael and Daniel, the two beach and pool waiters that were all the time with us making our stay so memorable. Thank you❤️ we will be back soon!

This hotel is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. From the room and it’s amazing view, wonderful staff, and beautiful restaurants to the beach and pool area - everything was just perfect! I have to emphasize the wonderful staff, how polite they are, and very helpful. They organized and helped us with anything we asked for. Special thanks to Angela from the concierge service, she went above and beyond to help organize a special beach dinner and excursion to Isla Saona. (We recommend visiting Isla Saona)

Located in Punta Cana, Apartamento nuevo Cap Cana provides accommodation with private pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. The property was super spacious and clean. It had every thing we needed. Kitchen, utensils, a pool, and we could do our laundry. There is also a mini mall with a supermarket, restaurants and a pharmacy on walking distance from our apt building (3 munutes)
