Our stay at Serenade was our best holiday ever!! We struggled to say goodbye to this place and this country. Everything about this place is absolutely stunning: the facilities, the food, the people, the guests, the staff. I have never met or seen better and more engaging staff in my life. You have everything you need in this resort and much more. The Buffet has amazing selection of food which is inclusive of various diets. Their everyday entertainment programs are out of this world. Big shoutout to the best entertainment team ever, especially MADELINE and ANIBAL! There were many others leading the entertainment program with them, which we unfortunately didn’t remember names of, but nonetheless, the greatest. Big shoutout to FRANCISCO our favorite waiter in the buffet. We will miss you guys so much, thank you for making us so happy. ❤️

The resort didn't feel too busy despite staff saying it was full. There felt like there was plenty of space with various different pool areas and beach areas with different vibes. If you want music there is a pool with swim up bar or if you want quiet there is one closer to reception. There were lots of support staff including security which made it feel safe and well maintained. The adult only side of the resort buildings seemed relatively new and really well maintained.

Menghadapi kawasan tepi pantai, Dreams Flora Resort & Spa - All Inclusive menawarkan penginapan 5-bintang di Punta Cana dan mempunyai taman, teres dan restoran. Best resort was perfect. Traveled with my family and my daughter and husband had so many activities to do. The staff was amazing especially Black Power with entertainment, Randol making omlet, the ladies seating at World Cafe, and Jose at Hibachi. The staff are all amazing. The beach area is gorgeous and so many chair options. You seriously can't go wrong with this resort. SO MUCH FOOD! Many options for restaurants and the buffet is to he best I've ever experienced. Many options for picky kids.

Located in Punta Cana, this all-inclusive beachfront resort features an outdoor pool, full-service spa and recreational activities. Everything, I never expect a place to be perfect, and Catalonia when they made any little mistake, they made a good effort to sort it out as fast as I can. The restaurants, the service and the amenities are very very good
