The resort didn't feel too busy despite staff saying it was full. There felt like there was plenty of space with various different pool areas and beach areas with different vibes. If you want music there is a pool with swim up bar or if you want quiet there is one closer to reception. There were lots of support staff including security which made it feel safe and well maintained. The adult only side of the resort buildings seemed relatively new and really well maintained.

The property was exceptional in every way. With 5 swimming pools, 2 clubhouses, an adult only pool and an adult only clubhouse. Located directly on the beach with constant upkeeping by the staff, this resort is very very well maintained. The staff works endlessly to make sure your experience is the best you can have. Room service is around the clock along with 5 restaurants available for your dining pleasure. The food was exceptional. What I really enjoyed was being able to order extras when we were still hungry. I have traveled to more than 200 resorts for work and pleasure in the last 20 years and I will say with all honesty that this resort ranks within the top 3. The staff is what makes this resort what it is. They work with their heart and soul to please everyone. When talking to the staff members and getting to know more about them, I’ve learned, some have been working 12, 15 and 18 years with the company. They are passionate about what they do. I will definitely be back again. Our concierge Ari was available to us around the clock and I must say I just wanted to give this man a hug goodbye when we left. He treated us like family, genuine and kind, went above and beyond to make sure all our requests were accomplished. And finally I can’t leave without mentioning our great waiter Tito. Any request we had, he was sure to make it happen. If we were still hungry and wanted to try something different. We got it. Totally exceptional. Book this resort and don’t look back. You can thank me later.
