This charming 4-star hotel offers modern, cosy accommodation just outside the village of Neuastenberg, 5 km from the town centre of Winterberg, in the heart of the Upper Sauerland region. We simply loved it!! Kind and pet friendly. Good price vs activities offer. We can’t complain. Definitely going back soon.

Berghaus Winterberg is set in Winterberg and features a shared lounge with an open fireplace, a restaurant, bar and a garden with a sofa. We loved everything. Our room was superb with a lovely view of the backyard and forest. Warm and cozy, super comfy, fully equipped: the room even had a hairdryer with a diffuser! Exceptional breakfast! Loved the warm bread. André made us an omelet on our last day. We loved the tasteful common area with the fireplace and armchairs around it where we spent a lovely evening chatting with the owners and other guests But what makes the place super special is the adorable couple that runs it - André & Soraya. Thank you for your hospitality!

Just 250 metres from the Postwiesen Ski Resort, this guest house features a lounge with free WiFi. It is located in Neuastenberg, only 6 km from Winterberg. The owners were very friendly and the breakfast was great. There was also a nice living room to use.
