Offering soundproofed rooms with internet, spa facilities, and a restaurant, this 4-star superior hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Stuttgart Central Station. WiFi is available in all areas. Location was very close to everything we needed. The breakfast was superb…so many options and well made and prepared food!!!! The receptionist, Polina, was phenomenal. I travelled alone with two small children and I felt so comfortable and safe because she helped me. She made my check in super easy, assisted me with all questions I had about the area, and helped me when I left as well. The staff at the bar and restaurant were also so attentive and welcoming. The food I ate (dinner, cocktails, and breakfast) was superior. I can’t wait to go back and stay there again! Thank you for the great reception and for the warm hospitality. The best hotel in terms of customer service I have ever had in 7 years of German travel.

I recently booked a stay at the ibis Hotel Stuttgart City for my parents, and I wanted to share our experience. Overall, the hotel met and, in some areas, exceeded our expectations, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for their visit to Stuttgart. The cleanliness of the facilities, the friendliness of the staff, and the convenient location of the hotel contributed to a very positive stay. In conclusion, our experience at the ibis Hotel Stuttgart City was largely positive, marked by professional staff and excellent accommodations. I would recommend this hotel to others, with the advice to ensure all aspects of the booking are clear to enjoy a fully satisfactory stay. Rating: 4/5
