Este hotel para no fumadores cuenta con un hermoso jardín y goza de una ubicación tranquila frente a un parque, cerca del río Pegnitz, al noreste del centro de Núremberg. El desayuno estubo bien, la cama muy còmoda y la ubicación perfecta. Estaba en un barrio muy tranquilo, el tranvía muy cerca para poder acceder a cualquier sitio.

El Hotel Erlenstegen está en la zona noreste de Núremberg, a solo 10 minutos en coche de la autovía A3. El hotel se sitúa a solo 850 metros del cercano lago Wöhrder. O hotel era muito aconchegante, com excelente custo-benefício e muita amabilidade por parte dos recepcionistas, que no último dia inclusive nos deixou guardar nossas malas, já a que a gente tinha um dia completo livre até nosso ônibus a noite. Excelente hotel, cama grande e super confortável, banheiro amplo também. Tudo excelente!

If you travel by car and park your car in garage, be sure that access to garage is unlocked before you leave the apartment when check out. !!!

The owner of the property is FRAUD and actually, this is the SCAMMER group. We booked the apartment and paid in advance. When I was on the way, the owner changed the apartment saying that there was a problem in booked apartment. The owner gave the address of a new apartment with instructions on how to get the keys. When we reached the apartment, we could not get the key as per instructions. I spend like 1 hour and then wrote several messages and called the owner. Neither of my messages were responded to nor phone calls (30-40 times). After two hours of struggle, I went to the city center and took the room that was available at the highest possible price. We had a lot of stress. Now I am contacting my own to return the money, the phone is not reachable, and messages are not answered. Now I am in the process of getting refunded for the booking. Beware of this FRAUD owner and do not this apartment. The owner is a FRAUD person.
