This hotel is located in Munich city center, close to the Theresienwiese Oktoberfest grounds. The location was practical and the room was very amazing, it had everything one can need. Really well thought out. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good overall.

Newly opened in September 2019, the Munich Deluxe Hotel is located near the Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest venue), a 10-minute walk from Munich Main Station and a 15-minute walk from Karlsplatz/Stachus... The best ratio of price and quality, good location near centre . I will stay here , if I have more trips to Munich.
