This 4-star hotel enjoys a quiet location in a park in the west of Munich, steps from the Friedenheimer Straße underground station. It offers a bar, fitness room, sauna and Bavarian-style rooms. The location is perfect, barely a minute to the U-Bahn. Also, the staff at check-in helped check with housekeeper and tried to get me to check in after my long flight, even though I arrived before the check-in time.

Not only they were quite helpful, they were super nice as well. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were really good. Also the shower, and the smart toilet were great! Also the breakfast was really good and everything was available, with good quality. Would definitely go there again!

Completely renovated in 2016, this privately run hotel is located in Munich's Laim district, between Munich Central Station and the Schloss Nymphenburg Palace. Small room everything is clean and on hand. Bathroom have mirror behind closet, so you can see your wiener. I liked the balcony which is pretty big and nice for having coffe while look in the sky as there is nothing worthy to see down bellow

It is located in a residential area, a little far from the centre but that makes it a perfect area to have a quiet pleasant stay. You can travel around conveniently as the place is close to a tram station(tram no.19), which can take you directly to the central station or other big train station if you needed to. The host is super helpful, he tried his best to help us book a tour we wanted as well but we couldn't find any availability. That's ok though, we enjoyed the place a lot!

Homaris Apartments München Laim is located in the Laim district of Munich, 5.2 km from Nymphenburg Palace, 5.9 km from Central Station Munich and 6.5 km from Karlsplatz (Stachus). The apartment was very decent for the price, but I didn't enjoy the "log in through a link in SMS to get a code" system. Who reads their SMS? So I was confused at the door, heh. Also, the bed on the floor was very prompt to noises from steps, door shuts, etc. The kitchen is minimal but 100% sufficient for a quick meal.
