The room was great, BUT instructions for key things, like the AC, were only in German, so not tourist friendly. Similarly, good luck reading the sign at the unmanned reception... also only in German. It said to call a mobile number (a long distance call, generally) it was also an unmanned mailbox. Eventually I figured out to walk in through the restaurant around the corner where I was greeting in, you guessed it, German (and Italian): I speak neither. So, the instructions for getting into the hotel need help, but once it, it was fabulous. I cannot comment on the restaurant, as we ate elsewhere, but it looked busy.

This modern, 3-star hotel is a 4-minute walk from the Mannheim town hall. It offers Wi-Fi, regional and international food, and great transport connections. Nice, very clean hotel, kind helpful staff. I had a room on higer floor, very nice room, comfortable and calm. Near to the center, to the shops and the restaurants.

This modern hotel in the heart of Mannheim is just a short stroll from the Rosengarten congress centre, the Planken and Kunststraße shopping streets, and Mannheim Main Station. 普段はドミトリールームを使用しているので今回個室を予約して快適さに感動した。部屋も静かで温かく、ぐっすりと眠ることができた。エスカレーターで２階の入り口まで移動するのがなんだか高級感を感じさせてくれた。
