I was on the 4th floor and the room was silent, modern, new, clean, cozy. Good heating. Nice bathroom. Big screen TV. Comfy bed. 3 pillows. Excellent breakfast. 0/24 reception. Super nice staff.

Detta hotell är centralt beläget i Lübeck. Du bor alldeles intill servicecentret IHK Lübeck, 350 meter från centralstationen och 600 meter från den historiska stadsporten Holstentor. We arrived early morning from Sweden but the staff let us use the free parking in the hotel before check in time. That was very convenient and from there we could enjoy the whole day in the city centre which is just walking distance. Room had body soap and hair dryer which we needed. I would come back for sure!

I fell ill during my stay. The staff was very helpful and helped me to extend my stay in order to get better. Luckily only one extra day was needed but they rose to the occasion. Much appreciated.

But in reality the facilities where much cleaner and modern and new than the feeling I got when looking at the pictures in Booking.com. perhaps you need to re take your pictures. The staff where so kind, they listened to me and gave me a room on top floor, according my request.
