O Hotel Schiff am See está situado em Konstanz, directamente no Porto Konstanz-Meersburg, tornando-se uma base ideal para explorar o Lago de Constança. Stunning room, very spacious with a lovely traditional feel. The view from the balcony overlooking the lake was spectacular. The breakfast offered a large range of options and was delicious. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Special arrangements were put in place to accommodate our late arrival.

The restaurant food is delicious and very good. The hotel staff is very friendly and help us to carry our baggages to the upper floor since they do not have elevator. The hotel is near the lake side so we have a nice walk.

I wasn't aware that the rooms were over a biergarten and restaurant but it did not impact our stay in the least. The breakfast in the morning was typical European (fresh rolls and croissants, meats and cheeses, fruits, vegetables, yogurt and cereals). On the second day the innkeeper kindly came to our room to check on us when she noted that we had not been down yet. Very quiet room, with room darkening shades. A bit of a ways from city center but really close to (free) bus and ferry. Very little English spoken (after all it is Germany) but staff is patient and most accommodating.

Apenas a 200 metros do Lago de Constança, este moderno alojamento dispõe de um spa com sauna, uma cabina de infravermelhos, um chuveiro de hidromassagem e uma área de relaxamento. Room was good size. Not expensive compared to other hotels in Konstanz.
