Very secure parking in underground garage for motorcycle. Very helpful chap on reception, even loaned us a kettle for our room. Good location for exploring Hanover as long as you like a good walk.

Lovely spacious apartment, friendly host and location was excellent near to the Eilenriede forest and just 5 mins walk from one amazing playpark and ten mins walk from another great one! We would definitely stay here again! Great facilities in the kitchen although there isn’t a microwave. Very handy to have a dish washer and also a washing machine/dryer. Apartment did seem a little dark but it wasn’t particularly sunny when we visited and there were plenty of lights around so not an issue at all. Host met us to hand over keys and offered to help with luggage since the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift.

Frank has considered everything a guest might need. Scissors? They’re there. Utensils? Plenty. Containers for leftovers? Of course. Coffee maker? Need you ask? So top marks for that. The apartment was clean, light and welcoming. The balcony got the afternoon sun, morning sun streamed into the kitchen. Good blinds on all windows. It was beautifully quiet both day and night. The mattresses on the beds are quite hard. I like this but you may not. The pillows are soft and comfortable while still being supportive. Communication was excellent. Good instructions for getting in, helpful notes inside. The second bedroom was not just a small box but had room for a desk as well as a comfortable upholstered chair. Perfect for a third adult. The location was great. We walked everywhere - to the Sprengel museum, restaurants, parks, the old town. There are two supermarkets within five minutes walk and the main railway station is a ten to fifteen minute walk.
