Staff was super friendly and helpful. Super nice and clean room with two balconies, very close to the metro, cafés, bars and restaurants. Perfectly decorated and furnished, comfortable bed, even earplugs were provided.

Hotelul Mercure se află la numai 2 minute de mers pe jos de Parcul Planten un Blomen, de Lacul Alster şi de cartierul Schanzenviertel. Breakfast was exceptional. Lot of options, high quality food. Rooms were nice, spacious. Good access to metro, walking distance to town centre, very close to University. I appreciated their sustainability policy for cleaning.
