Staff at reception were very kind and also encouraging. This made my stressful and tumultuous journey to Dusseldorf from Netherlands vanish as my feelings were now replaced with more positive ones. The Hotel is very cute and comfortable. Ambience was very likable and easy to access. Location was perfect for me as I attended a venue really close to it. But also, not too far from downtown and the train station. Breakfast was gorgeous and delicious, it is not included in the regular fare, but absolutely worth it . If I were to return to Dusseldorf, I would definetly stay here again. Definetly great value for the room fare.
