Very spacious rooms, great facilities, excellent breakfast options. Located in the heart of the city, the closest metro station is only 5 mins walking distance. And you are only 5 min walking from the main shopping street in Berlin, Kurfürstendamm. Staff were extremely helpful, especially Damian, the restaurant’s manager, and very thoughtful as my husband had an emergency surgery during our stay. Definitely our No1 option for every time we will be in Berlin!

The bar was very good and the location was amazing. I really loved the design of the place and the staff were very friendly. I also enjoyed the breakfast at the 10th floor.

We have stayed in the Hotel Zoo for a weekend while travelling to a concert of the AIR / french band. We wanted to stay nearby the venue, which was Theater des Westens, and this was just a perfect choice. The hotel had a lovely scent and the lobby and room itself were very cosy and pretty. As both I and my friend (whom I have travelled with) are lovers of quirky decorations, we really enjoyed the vibe of the hotel. We didn't go to the Grace bar, so I cannot say any word about it, but the hotel was very suitable for us.

This eco-friendly hotel with a 24-hour reception is located near the renowned KaDeWe department store and Ku'damm shopping street in the west of Berlin city centre. Staff is super kind. They will personally be over the roof to make your request happen. Even for the simplest action like indication or information. Kudos to a guy with glasses, he should be manager there.
