The house is spacious, comfortable for a family of 4 (our case: mom, dad, 2 kids), well equipped, well located, clean. It is surrounded by high well-kept green hedges that give you much appreciated privacy (no view from the outside) when you swim in the pool, sunbathe or just relax on the terrace. I highly recommend it.

Sotira Agia Napa Luxury House se află în cartierul Ayia Thekla din Ayia Napa, aproape de Plaja Liopetri, și include WiFi gratuit, o mașină de spălat și o terasă. We loved the place! Situated at a block of other houses, we still had privacy and view of the sea and the harbour (5min walk). Theme and decor of the house was like no other seen, exceptional. There was a welcome home sign, and it felt like home indeed. What made it feel like home was the warmth and convenience that it offered. An ergonomic house, fully equipped, down to the detail, so dont worry if you dont take everything with you, the house had everything (from toiletries to kitchenware, even netflix and spices for your meals). The whole place was spotless! Highlight of the house are the patio-veranda areas, which offer great views, cool air, comfort and are big enough to accomodate a big family. Swimming pool was communal, yet very quiet and clean. Owners were very friendly and responded immediately to our questions.

We had an excellent stay at the villa. The communication with the host is very good, the villa is spotless clean. Is easy to find it and check-in is easy. Internet works very good, and the pool is clean. We will come back.

Clean rooms, lots of towels, air conditioning worked well in each room, great clean pool, well equipped kitchen, customer service responded very fast.

Villa Rosedale by Ezoria Villas se află în Ayia Napa și pune la dispoziție cazare cu WiFi gratuit și vedere la mare, precum și o piscină în aer liber, o grădină și o terasă. Fantastic place, spacious and spotlessly clean. The upper terrace was the most favourite spot by all of us. We could seat down, play Uno, drink some wine and look at the horizon. We were there as a family of four adults (2 pair) and two children. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, fully equipped with all the necessary things made this home perfecf for us. Additional plus - good wifi and Netflix Achilleas is a very nice person. He was always helpful and answered on whatsapp immediately. He was waiting for us with a bottle of wine and fruits as a welcome gift, which was really nice after our long flight. The closest beach is 3 min. walk from Villa, it’s small but nice, with sun loungers an umbrellas (2,5€ each).

Ayia Thekla Seafront Villa Dagi se află la aproximativ câțiva pași de Plaja Liopetri și oferă vedere la mare, un patio și un ibric electric. The view is amazing. There is a nice beach in 1 min walking distance but you need aqua shoes and it’s very shallow. The Villa is great overall and has most of the needed facilities.

Villa Aphrodisia - Seafront se află la aproximativ 3 minute de mers pe jos de Plaja Liopetri și oferă vedere la mare, un balcon și o cafetieră. Great location ! Close to everything but not on the main place . Very quiet area. Villa stuff was very responsive to every issue and question we had everything was perfect !
